      Development         
   
       Our way of life in Florida is being threatened by over-development. The toll on our schools, our water supply, our roads and our social services can be seen all around us. 

      I propose a three-year moratorium on condo development to allow Florida’s infrastructure to catch up with the pace of development. 

      We are in favor of reasonable and responsible growth that doesn’t destroy the fabric of the economy and our quality of life though gridlock, overcrowding and environmental and social stress
