Delegates
When a National Convention of the Reform Party of the United States of America is called; The State Party Organization (REFORM PARTY of Florida) elects Delegates from within the Florida membership.
The number of Delegates is equal to the number of Congressional Districts of the State plus Three At- Large Delegates.
The State Party Organization (RPFL) holds a meeting to elect Delegates. The State Executive Committee verifies delegate /alt.delegate eligibility under its state rules/bylaws.
The slate of Delegates* is certified by the Reform Party of Florida, Chairman, and submitted to the convention for credentialing. Alternate Delegates are also submitted (if any are chosen.)
*Delegates serve in the conduct of business of the National Convention. They serve only during the convention.
